I think that psychoanalysis reaffirms this suspicion of [self] curiosity. Specifically, the Neurotic urge towards SELF-ANALYSIS that Freud warns against in *Wild Analysis.* After all, recall what Lacan claimed was the ultimate question of the Obsessive Neurotic (and also of the Psychotic). If you’ll permit me another quote:
